– Weleda Arnica Massage Oil 100 ml is an arnica massage oil specially formulated to facilitate sports preparation and recovery. When practicing sports, preparation and recovery are essential:

Before exercise, massage arms and legs with a few drops of this oil in quick rubs. The warming, toning action of the massage complements the benefits of the warm-up. The body is thus prepared for sporting activity.
After exercise, a full, slow massage facilitates recovery.
