Valerian encourages and maintains sleep thanks to its soothing properties. Associated with Escholtzia, it improves the quality of natural sleep. Valerian and Escholtzia help to face the stress of a hectic life since they ease relaxation and contribute to physical and mental well-being. The intake of 1 mg of melatonine before bedtime reduce the time before drowsiness.

Directions for use

2 capsules in the evening 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime. Occasional use or 1 month program, renewable.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose without medical advice.
